Our experience in the construction industry goes back 50 years giving a wealth of construction knowledge, in projects completed all over Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.

The company has developed a first class reputation for high standards and reliability. Phillips has achieved professional trade qualifications and holds membership of major industry Associations, to give you confidence that your project is in safe hands.

Phillips are full members of the Federation of Master Builders, (FMB). We are on the National Register of warranted Builders (MasterBond) which enables our projects, for a premium to be insured independently for up to 10 years.

As a MasterBond member we are also registered to Trust Mark the Government endorsed standards.

Phillips are also members of the National House Building Council (NHBC). This accredits our firm to be able to build new houses and for the NHBC to inspect and subsequently issue a 10 Year guarantee against the finished house. A standard mortgage requirement for all new build properties.

The above memberships are a result of a commitment by us to meet high standards in our work, which has been independently inspected by all of the above named organisations. These memberships are a continual process, giving you confidence in our ability to provide quality workmanship in a safe and timely way.
